B.O.O.M. Closing for ZZ Top at the River Bend Festival in Chattanooga on June 12th.

The River Bend Festival will feature The Black Crowes, ZZ Top, Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings, America, Mercy Me, Anthony Hamilton, Josh Turner and the Box Tops.   In addition to performing at the Festival B.O.O.M. will be featured in a documentary entitled "The Road to River Bend", which commenced filiming in Connecticut on April 19th.  The band was filmed playing "Howard's Run", an original song wirtten by Steve Mendick and Eddie Seville; "Handle with Care", by the Traveling Wilburys; the Beatles' song "Anytime at All"; and, "No Good to Cry" by the Wildweeds.

"Sunset At The North Pole" Set for October 2008 Release
This will mark Steve's third release in 2008. "Sunset" is a thirteen song set featuring producer and multi instrumentalist Eddie Seville; Billy Kotsaftis on lead guitar; Karl Allweier on bass and acoustic guitar; Bob Loveday on fiddle, viola and mandolin; Tony Casagrande on vocals and accordian; and Bill Rufleth and SallyLu Sianni on vocals.
